thirteen23 overhauled the experience for Electronic Arts' gamers looking for answers to their questions. We transitioned EA from a system where each game had it’s own custom support site to a single point of entry for all of their game support needs. By bringing all of these support sites under one roof, we were able to create a more synergistic branded experience where users could track inquiries for all of their games.
We integrated game mechanics to allow users the opportunity to answer each others questions, rate responses, and earn rewards — not only reducing costs for EA, but also building a stronger community of engaged users.
A key component of the site is the smart search feature, allowing users to see immediate results as they type, directing them to the exact answer they’re looking for. We also provided EA with a future vision of how the game mechanics could evolve in time.
